Extremely helpful staff who knew what he was talking about. Friendly and efficient. Order sorted out quickly and delivery date to out requirements.

All products were clearly laid out. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable about the products but we're not into the hard sell which made the whole purchasing experience pleasurable and unrushed.

The assistant was very helpful - helped us find what we were looking for then didn't harass us while we made our mind up. He also answered supplementary questions that we had and explained clearly and with enthusiasm

I was very happy with my new bed, the colleague was very nice and know his stuff, was very patient and helpful with us, as it was hard to get my father around with me, as he is disabled. Gave us a lot of information on each of the beds and which mattress was what and test a lot out.

We were never felt at any time pressurised during our visit, the salesman was informative and very helpful without being in our face.

The manager was very helpful and did his best to provide a great price and service and did not rush us in our decision at all

They were helpful and friendly, but give us time to look around and not feel pressured into a sale. I will be going back in 8-10 years :)

We were very pleased with our experience at Dreams. Your colleague, Peter, was very courteous, even asking my husband if he would like to use the lift as he walks with a stick. He was very knowledgeable about mattresses. It was a pleasure doing business with him.
