Peter, the assistant who attended to us was most helpful, providing us with knowledge about the types of bed, their mode of manufacture and what they were made of. Throughout our discussion with him we never felt pressurised; it was a relaxed but informative presentation.

10/10 for service and quality from sales assistance to delivery it was faultless :)

As soon as I arrived a friendly man, Peter was extremely helpful, Happy and very patient to explain all products that would suit my needs. I'm disabled and can't be rushed. He even helped choose pillows to compliment the mattress. I have had spine injections and operations on my back, so I needed the right bed for support and comfort. We were offered hot or cold drinks. My experience of dreams is all positive. The overall products are of a high quality. I have already recommended to family and friends. Peter was very good at his job.

The staff Jim and Peter were both very attentive and friendly . Even the other man who I didn't catch his name was helpful , the atmosphere in the store was lovely and we left with a smile , and excactly what we wanted with a bargain bought .

Simply the customer service , product knowledge, friendliness and support received on eBay again at the Bromborough store by Jim and Tom. Excellent service r and this our third bed we bought from the same store. Very happy

Friendly, helpful, not pushy.....just lovely

We were dealt with quickly and shown the product we wanted without wasting time on things which were not required. Both staff members explained the differences of the products and we got a full range if the differences and cost benefits of each
