The staff were really helpful

I visited the store to purchase a bed I had seen online in the sale. I attended on a Sunday on one of the busiest shopping weekends of the year. I found Dave and Jim to be courteous knowledgeable and best of all no pressurising. The store was clean and bright and I thought the range of products on display was excellent. I was able to try out different mattresses before deciding on which one to purchase without feeling pressured to buy. I am really pleased with my purchase and have found the overall experience so far positive. I would definitely recommend Dreams to friends and family. Just waiting on the arrival of the bed now!!

Peter was the colleague in the Bromborough store that looked after my wife and I. He was extremely polite , took a real interest in our needs and it was clear that his knowledge of the products was exceptional. We felt very comfortable in his presence and were delighted with his attentive but not pushy sales methods. I have been in retail sales myself for 25+ years and his technique and detailed sales process was faultless. We also were introduced to Jim (Manager) when we were pulling the "deal" together and he too was excellent. Peter ensure we were totally satisifed with what we had discussed , the quality of our bed (it was a display model) and a comprehensive review of thee delivery and installation process. We had a laugh with both colleagues and would absolutely recommed this store. Thanks to both please.

I came into the store with a price in mind for the product that i wanted to pay. Jim and Dave, the two salesmen on duty went the extra mile to help me and cater for my needs, they were very helpful and explained to me everything that I wanted to know. They found me a much better deal that i could've hoped for and left me extremely satisfied with my purchase. Both salesmen have a great understanding of the products that you offer and also know how to meet a client's expectations and were extremely friendly and helpful.
