Jackie, the assistant, was extremely helpful and efficient,

We went to buy two single divan beds and were given immediate friendly helpful assistance. No pressure but courteous help. We knew what we were looking for as we'd researched on line the varying costs so we're pleased with the beds recommended and were able to complete the purchase quite speedily. Delivery dates were sorted to our convenience which was very helpful.

The sales person (jim i think) was attentive without trying to push anything, the mug of tea was a nice touch left us to it while we bounced all round the shop.Then came back with a good deal on our selected bed

Price of item reduced by 20% and delivery charge waived as goodwill gesture. Large range of products and knowledgeable and non pushy salesman. A pleasure.

Having never shopped at Dreams before I was made to feel very welcome as soon as I stepped through the door, I was given the time and space to decide on my purchase, the knowledge of the products that the assistants conveyed to me was very reassuring and therefore I am confident that I have made the right decision on the mattress I finally decided to buy.

Staff were very knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly it was james and peter .they are a great asset to your company.

Very helpful yet not pushy staff. Jim the salesperson was extremely helpful and informative yet gave us space when we needed time to decide. He understood our needs and our budget and showed us products were could afford. We will definitely come back in the future.

this is our second bed from yourselves and we find the staff very knowledgeable about the products they sell .the assistant took his time explaining the different mattress and allowed us time to try and come to are decision which to buy we where not pushed .
