Shortly after I entered the store I was approached by Simon to see if he could help. He gave me time to look at the mattresses before I made direct enquiries. He used the analytic bed to match mattresses to my needs. He then showed me all the suggested mattresses and explained about each of them. I was worried about ordering on that day because i wasn’t quite ready for delivery. Simon explained all delivery options but when I was still hesitant to order he wrote all my “matches” down so I could go away and think. I returned to the shop several weeks later and was served by Simon again. He processed my purchase quickly and arranged delivery to suit me. He explained he delivery process and use of personal data. He also advised how I could alter my delivery date if the need arose. On both visits I was offered refreshments. Simon was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and kind. He is the reason I made my purchase from Dreams as opposed to another well known store close by.
