Dreams - Bromborough

I had looked at mattresses online and looked at the options at Dreams. We needed to try the mattresses out, and were directed by Jim, the Bromborough Store Manager to the colour system and asking what we were after were pointed to the one I had seen and chosen online. We had a good look around the store and decided that was the best mattress for us, for comfort and price.

There was a mistake with the order which was our fault and the staff were very friendly and helpful in sorting it.

We were given valuable assistance by Peter. A good knowledge of products and a most friendly and sincere manner.

Didn't feel pressure to buy and I like that. The assistant was knowledgeable and helpful and knew when to move away and give us time to make a decision. An asset to your company.

Excellent service, attentive but not pushy, excellent stock knowledge, a speedy transaction with little fuss. I simply wanted a 3/4 bed at a reasonable price with no fuss...l got 100% of what l wanted. Result!! Will definitely bypass all other bed companies in future and head straight for dreams. Thanks from an extremely satisfied customer!

The assistant asked what my needs were and what mattress i already had before recommending any matresses, then showed me a range of slightly different types/firmness

The shop assistant Peter was very understanding about my budget and did not try to push me to spend over this. He had a good sense of humour and made me feel very comfortable in the store. He also showed me all of the options within my budget and I felt very confident in the information he was able to give me

I visited dreams bromborough today as we were considering purchasing a tempur mattress, and was immediately greeted and asked if we would like any assistance. We were offered a hot drink which was very comforting after watching a video about tempur mAttresses. Bob was very informative and enabled us to come to a decision about what we wanted to purchase without being pushy. On the whole we were completely satisfied with our purchase and was able to take part of it away today.

I first visited the store a couple of weeks ago and discussed with Peter how I was thinking of ordering a Tempur mattress but needed to confirm the date my bed frame was being delivered. I left the store and said i would be back in touch when i knew a more firm date of delivery. He kindly phoned my last week to remind me the 60 night trial that tempur were running was coming to an end on the 3rd and if i was still interested in purchasing i should consider that. I was happy he had phoned as it had completely slipped my mind.

on entering the store one senced an atmosphere of calm, Peter was very good in allowing me to choose what I wanted, not what the store thought I need, he even told us they would remove our old mattress before we asked. I am very pleased with my purchase and the friendlyness of the staff
