The assistant Bob, wasn't pushy, but we were made aware that if we needed assistance he was available, he also knew the products well (different types of mattress) gave us plenty of thinking time and a written quote. We never felt rushed at any point.

I was very happy with the friendly and polite service and that I got seen to as I entered the shop I was not asked to wait even though they where doing other things, they had very good knowledge of the items they where selling. Very friendly people and a good shopping experience .

We called ahead to see if the bed frame was in store and was informed that this frame was brand new so wasn't in any store, which was good to know. When arriving at the store the assistant kindly checked on an order I made 7 years ago to match up a similar mattress, which was fantastic. He has a great deal of knowledge and was able to talk me through all the similar ranges as well as try them all out. Took the time to talk us through the 8 year extra warranty, which we purchased, as well as making us feel comfortable, offering a cup of tea, whilst waiting for 0% interest free decision. I'm glad we went to the store rather than online. Peter was excellent.

Dealt with the order quickly and efficiently

On arrival at your bromborough store we were met by Peter the. Salesman he asked if we needed any help I said. Can you leave me to browse which he. Agreed to, after a short browse we found what we were looking for,peter. Started the ba ll rolling for the sale,which he was perfect. With after asking him a number of questions about the mattress he answered all questions perfectly, He was perfect the perfect salesman,thanks again peter. Mr edwards

Our needs were understood and we were not put under pressure to spend more than necessary. Details of our last purchase, over a year ago, were easily found and this informed our latest decision.

I visited Dreams today with the intention of viewing your range of Tempur mattresses and pillows, to try and decide which of the range was best suited for my needs and was very pleasantly greeted by your staff, Jim and Jackie. I spoke to both of them and let them know what products I was interested in, Jackie then showed me the Tempur products in great detail and with a good knowledge of the range available, helping me to decide which best sited my requirements. I decided to purchase the Tempur Original Deluxe 27 SK Mattress, two Cloud pillows and two Traditional pillows and Jim and Jackie kindly helped me secure the finance the make the purchase.

We were given the opportunity to browse around the products before the member of staff (Jim) came to see if any assistance was needed. He then explained the difference in price and quality seeming to be very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very polite and offered to carry the mattress for me. I liked his manner, helpful but not pushy!
