we wanted a new mattress we went to dreams and had no problem finding one at all the staff were very good left us to look around no hassel or pushing us told us what to look for ,,,so yes very good

We were politely approached, asked our needs and taken to the products that may be of interest. Offers were made really clear to us and we bought more than just the bed we had gone in for

This was my second visit to this store and on both occasions I was served by the same assistant who was extremely helpful without being pushy. Dave is a credit to your store, very knowledgeable and listened to my needs. On both visits I made a purchase of a bed, firstly for my Mum and then myself.

Jacqueline was very helpful when we arrived in store ,telling us all about the various Springs and firmness of the mattresses and helping us find the right firmness for us

Jackie the sales assistant at the Bromborough store was extremely friendly, knowledgeable & helpful in showing us suitable beds, mattresses & pillows. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Will be back to purchase the mattress & pillows asap.

Our local Dreams store is situated next door to a Benson's for Beds store so needs to be competitive and knowledgeable. Bob, our salesperson didn't rush us, he gave us a chance to look around before checking if we needed assistance, then he took us through all the options, asking about the people who would be using the beds and which mattresses would be most comfortable. Our order was not straightforward as we wanted several different combinations but he was very patient and had all the answers we needed to make an informed choice. The whole experience was very pleasurable and we came away from the store delighted with our purchases. We will definitely recommend Dreams and Bob to family and friends!

As soon as we walked into store we were greeted by 2 friendly members of staff, who asked if they could help. We replied thanking them but said we was just browsing and was not bothered again until we asked for assistance. As soon as we asked one of the store men for help he was very polite and didn't try to push the most expensive mattress or bed on to us, instead have us helpful guidance in picking the right bed and mattress for our needs. When processing the order, we had a laugh and joke with both of the men who worked in store, the main person serving us explained payment plans and even explained to me that I would get 10% military discount.

The time taken by the sales person too ensure we understood all the information on the style and comfort of the products we asked about and the extra information which we may not have thought without visiting the store
