The assistant Peter was helpful and showed me beds that he believed would meet my needs both for comfort and value for money. He showed me a low priced one as well as others and I did not feel pressured at all to buy the far dearer one that I eventually chose. He was attentive but not pushy and obviously knew what he was talking about. I would recommend your firm again. In case there is no further opportunity to do so here is the validation code I was given at the store in Bromborough - 265.

Dave the Dreams assistant was extremely helpful and knew what he was talking about. He showed us a number of items, all of which we were able to try. The whole experience was very professional and we bought exactly what we wanted.

The Staff member Jim was very friendly & knowledgeable. We purchased just a new bed which we have been trying to buy for nearly a year so we were well pleased.

THERE WAS NO RUSH TO SERVE YOU. YOU WERE GIVEN AMPLE TIME TO BROWSE AND TRY THE BEDS, AND WHEN ASSISTANCE WAS REQUIRED THERE WAS A VERY NICE MAN CALLED PETER TO GIVE ME ALL THE INFORMATION I REQUIRED NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE

Our salesman Dave was very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses. He was not too pushy and gave us time to discuss things. He made us feel welcome and we were never pressurised at any time.
