Great price friendly helpful staff easy to find what we wanted

I was very satisfied with the product price and quality but also how friendly and helpful the staff were, would definitley recommend Dreams to friends and family.

Found staff were very helpful and knew what they were doing, also was not pressured into buying. We found the ideal bed which we are happy with. The staff member who dealt with us was also very pleasant.

Was not told of fee for disposal nor was I told I was to pay to have the bed built when I was told it was in the cost it wouldn't cost me £40 to take to tip

The member of staff bob answered all our questions and provided matresses that were suitable for our needs

Got what I wanted when I asked what I wanted, directed me in the right direction!

We needed a bed, we got the help and information we needed and was offered a delivery date which met our needs

I walked in and was warmly greeted by Peter and Jim. They gave us the information leaflet then let us walk around the shop before offering some assistance which is nice and not pushy. very knowledgeable about the beds and made sure we got the best price by applying a discount on our headboard

Was going to Be sons as I have done for years,tried Dreams,manager Jim served me and there was then no reason to leave.
