Dreams - Bromborough

Im had purchaced a pillow previously and wanted another.

The whole staff were very friendly. It was a new starter that attended to us an when she wasn't too sure she got somebody to help an explain more to us.

They welcomed me back after two days, and thanked me for returning.

Because from start to finish I felt like I was in charge and not pressurised into anything I didnt want

We came in to browse products and left with a good bed, good mattress and good knowledge we had picked the right bed

Visited Dreams at Bromborough retail park. The shop assistants, James and Peter where very helpful and polite They where professional and helped to assist in choosing a mattress for my mother who suffers with a painful back. Would recommend people to go there and ask to speak to James and Peter.

Assistant was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient

Jim was very helpful and took the time to show me various products after listening to my requirements. I felt he took on-board what i was looking for and was able to advise me and show me what was available. i was given various options but at no time did i feel pressure sales being thrust upon me so I felt at ease to discuss budget and requirements. I hope that Jim in the Bromborough store will be given a thanks from yourselves as i am very happy with the service and would reccomend dreams to family and friends.

THE ASSISTANT PETER WAS VERY PATIENT, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPED MY WIFE AND I TO CLEARLY UNDERSTAND THE PRODUCT DIFFERENCES . HE ASKED THE RIGHT QUESTIONS SO HE COULD HELP US MAKE THE BEST CHOICE
