Some of the product delivery time is too long. Kids bed frame delivery time is up to 10 weeks.

Simon was very friendly and had a laugh with me. He understood my needs and was very welcoming. His communication style was good. The amount of the deposit was more than expected, this could have been made clearer beforehand. Overall happy with the service. Thanks, Eamon :)

It was a Wednesday morning and the store was really busy. The two staff were excellent at their jobs helping people in as timely a manner as they could. They were however just rushed off their feet.

My only issue is the really long delivery time scale. Although the staff member said it may come in earlier and he would contact me straight away to arrange delivery
