My only issue is the really long delivery time scale. Although the staff member said it may come in earlier and he would contact me straight away to arrange delivery

Only store we visited so unable to compare. We were going to look in Bensons but there was waiting time

Just delivery time is too long. Everything else was great

I would of liked to of had it cheaper to be highly safified

We felt that we were only being given the option of the more expensive mattresses, when we said we liked one. We were also advised many of the mattresses would only last a year and would need replacing should we sleep on it every night.

I later that night found a mattress £200 cheaper online and read a good 25 poor reviews online of the mattress I purchased, which took me back to your company, this made me feel like I wouldn't have trust in buying future products as the Information I was given whilst choosing my product,was overshadowed by customer reviews.

The pricing of items were more than competitors.

Was satisfied with the staff and bed frames only issue was mattress where right for us apart from that experience was good

The time for delivery

Suffering with back pain. The machine and staff reccomend a mattress that would make things better. Now we have mattress, my back is worse than ever.
