The service was good

It was satisfactory, not exceptional

Just felt the speed of the deal ran away from me and I didn’t know what i had been charged per item till I saw the email. Should have really spoken out to the lady.

All the staff were very helpful they helped when we needed them to give us some information

The prices of mattresses has really gone up so not specific to your store but to the costs in general

everything was fine although once I got home I realized that with the purchase of our new tempur mattress we where supposed to get a free travel pillow which wasn't mentioned and we never received?

Asked an employee for assistance. She showed us to the bed but then rudely ignored us to help another customer

My experience with Dreams was good, however, the assistant who came to help me had only been in the position for 3 weeks so his product knowledge and procedure knowledge wasn't great yet. This wasn't a big problem as I already knew what I wanted, I just wanted to see the bed in-store before I ordered it. The assistant was very friendly, just new to the job and wasn't up to speed yet. Had I not know what I wanted, I don't think I would have purchased based on this experience.

Only two staff members, and several customers looking for assistance!
