My experience with Dreams was good, however, the assistant who came to help me had only been in the position for 3 weeks so his product knowledge and procedure knowledge wasn't great yet. This wasn't a big problem as I already knew what I wanted, I just wanted to see the bed in-store before I ordered it. The assistant was very friendly, just new to the job and wasn't up to speed yet. Had I not know what I wanted, I don't think I would have purchased based on this experience.
