The sales assistant Rachel was lovely, really helpful and friendly. The only part I was disappointed with was when I was offered 'half price' pillows and duvets. I needed some pillows so bought a pair of them from the store, for £24.99 ( I don't think for a minute they were priced at £48?). The pillows were great, but I got home I searched the bar code to find the exact same pillows, and found them for sale for £19.99 in B&Q. Feel misled. I don't blame Rachel at all, think it was obviously a store wide promotion to upswell additional items.

I was completely satisfied with the entire experience, but hey nothing in this world is perfect, and if it is there is only way to go, and that is down.

I found the pricing structure quite complicated and feel some of the items are overpriced.

As I have yet to take delivery of the beds purchased I am reluctant to say I am highly satisfied. Perhaps another survey when I have experienced your beds for a period will yield a 'highly satisfied'.

I wasn't told about availability until after I had paid the full amount of my purchase and only then was I informed of the cancellation policy which then required me to draft a disclaimer on the sales receipt to say "subject to availability and reasonable delivery timescale"

No particular reason - visit was for us what we wanted without any problems. We don't give "highly satisfied" in surveys unless something special really stands out for us.
