Quite easy really firstly the time lapse before the goods are delived and the other thing is to pay so much for a bed then have to pay for it to be delivered I could understand paying for next day/week delivery but not for 5 weeks

The store was quiet when we visited but the attention by the staff member was very good, we were able to Try many mattresses and the sale was concluded quickly and efficiently.

We were willing to collect item but was told we would have to wait and they would deliver. We then paid for item they gave us a receipt and bill but upon checking they found that they had not taken the price of delivery into account once we paid. We then had to wait until they gave us another receipt and we had to pay separately for the deliver charge. To be fair though we were told the lady was new and had only been doing the job a few weeks and she was very apologetic.

As I was shopping for a headboard and knew exactly what I wanted there was very little I needed assistance with. Also the item was not on display which is why I visited the store instead of ordering on line. For what I needed the customer service was fine.

Finding a mattress I liked was no problem, but I didn't think there was very much choice in bed frames. I eventually chose a frame, but was disappointed in the limited selection. The delivery time availability was also not that great, as I have to wait 10 days for delivery... I have just received a parcel from USA which only took 5 days from date of order..

Product not in stock, which was not a problem as the bed is for guest room and we had seen on the internet so we knew what we wanted .we knew about the delivery charge and when we asked about taking our bed away we were quoted an extra £39 which on top of the delivery charge we felt was over the top.

Would never give 100pc always room for improvement. However service was good.
