I was shown the products by Peter who was a calm, polite and easy going chap. I prefer this type of sales approach. I visited Benson for beds prior to this and the salesman was cocky and pushy - the sort of salesman I hate.

I was satisfied

The total cost was more than I wanted. Wasn't happy to find I had to pay for bed to be put together. (I didn't have to pay for this when I purchased my bed from Bensons).

Not yet received my order yet so hard to give a full review until then. Staff were excellent though.

I do think that for an item that has to be delivered, delivery should be free. £39 is a lot to pay for someone to bring it to my door and carry it up the stairs.

While the member of staff was excellent, the order has a 5 week lead time which I was advised of. Also, it took quite a while to place the order and arrange the finance option. Also, I didn't purchase a headboard for the new bed despite needing one, as I found the selection to be very limited and didn't offer anything I liked. Otherwise everything was fine.

Have to wait over 3 weeks for delivery!
