delivery charges excessive

I have not yet tried the product that I have purchased as it was not in stock. I am awaiting delivery in February. The assistant tried other stores to see if they had one in but their were non available. The reason that we have chose this matress is because of the online reviews, we can only hope that the reviews are correct....

I would of liked to have both my temper options of 22 and 27 size next to each other to check their difference, these 2x options where front and rear of the shop, which meant by the time we got to each option, it was harder to see the difference in both products against each other.

There was a holdup processing the order because there wasn't a order desk available. This caused a wait whilst other customers were served. It was busy in the shop due to the sales, and the staff were apologetic but the wait was a little irritating.

I was satisfied wth my customer experience. However I was diappointed that it takes nearly a month for our order to be delivered. It seems too long to wait as my son needs his new bed Asap.

Dave was knowledgable and helpful and we felt free to ask questions and go away and consider our options. There was no heavy sales pressure which is a big plus for us it meant that we were happy to take out cover when we purchased the mattress.
