Dreams - Bromborough

I have never paid so much for just a mattress before, so I cannot be totally satisfied until I have slept on it for a little while.

I wanted to purchase the bedding which was dispalyed on the bed and was told that it was not for sale. would have been happy to buy the bedding from the display.

The visit was nothing out of ordinary. It was not a bad visit, just not an highly satisfying visit either.

I was shopping with my daughter and so the experience was maybe taken over by her, so if I had been on my own my experience might have been different.

The store and staff were fantastic. Our issue is with delivery. It was expected today 15/6/15. My partner has phoned to enquire when it would be received to be told I was phoned this morning and told it wasn't being delivered today. This is not correct I have not received any calls from dreams. She was told the bed is now not coming until Wednesday. It is not good enough that she has needed to phone you for information. I expect more than just a refund of delivery charge.

The product that I originally would have liked to purchase had been discontinued in the size that I wanted and so I had to choose a different bed instead.

I felt slightly rushed as it was really busy in store and i am sure weather the lady understood how hard it is to earn the money we were spending.

I was charged 39.00 for delivery. when I arrived home, I went on line to show my Son the purchase as he had bought this for me as a present, only to find that on line I could have free delivery. When I phoned the store, I was told that the delivery charge is for a 2 hour slot, and putting the Mattress on the bed, as opposed to an anytime delivery. I,m sorry to say, but had I been told this I would have taken the free delivery. It has left a sour note. I will leave this with you. Regards, D Jennings

Delivery promised 14 days post order Waited in for delivery Had to phone as we heard nothing on promised day of delivery Was informed delivery had been cancelled for that day as item was not available for a further 10 days ! Very poor service Still waiting for delivery even though we paid in full .

The price of the bed was advertised as £250 but we ended up paying £600 in total. I think that I would look elsewhere next time as ghe delivery and removal charges of £40 each significantly increase the price of the bed
