The only dampner of the experience was the fact we were rejected credit which is not the fault of your colleagues. We would have rated highly satisfied but our order will take several weeks to be delivered, it would be ideal to receive it sooner considering we have paid the amount in full. Your colleagues did however try to find out if an earlier delivery time could be possible.

Purely because I have to wait two weeks for my bed to arrive, other than that it's a great store.

Assembly and delivery charges only mentioned at closing the deal stage and should be more clearly shown on price boards

I explained I had limited use of the left side of my body , but the member of staff continued to tell me the bed was easy to assemble because I wasn't happy to pay the charges to assemble it , as I considered it a 2 minute job for an able bodied person , it was also obvious I was buying a new sized bed but no effort was made to sell me any new bedding, I left the store and bought it next door

I feel the sales assistant spoke to much. We opted for the machine to tell us what mattress we needed. From then on we were being told what we were buying and I feel the experience was taken away from us. I also had a severe injury at the time of purchase so explained I couldn’t get on and off the beds. This was met by laughter from the sales person. I ignored it at first but the laughter was repeated as we moved around the store.

Not enough product knowledge More interested in getting a sale Tried to miss sell insurance. When I asked if it covered the mattress without the protector they said yes. When I looked at t&cs this wasn’t true

Let down with delivery of mattress, ordered another bed and mattress for another room. Hoping undelivered mattress turns up in time for bed being delivered !

I understood from the website there would be free delivery and think£39 is extremely expensive, as is £39 for disposing of the old bed after I am supposed to dismantle it

The roll out mattress was poor quality for the £220 , I got it home and the zip was Broken so I brought it back and asked for a re fund, I haven't received the re fund or a phone call as yet and I have been charged for the faulty goods
