Store assistant, Simon, was very friendly, professional and approachable. Outstanding knowledge of products. One of the best salesman I've met in my life. We went to get a bed and end up buying the whole lot with kings size upgrade. I'm very satisfied with the whole experience. Simon is outstanding member of your Team.

I phoned initially and Simon could not be more pleasant and helpful. Then when I met him in store face to face his excellent customer service continued, even making my daughter feel special getting her new bed and offering chocolate biscuits (with strict health and safety gloves and wipes at ready) plus bottle of water.

Simon, who served me was excellent. He listened carefully to my requirements and made some useful suggestions which hadn't occurred to me. I couldn't rate his service more highly.

Felt safe as soon as I stepped through the door. All staff were nice and friendly and felt that the lady who assisted me to purchase a bed was knowledgeable about the products on offer. Really liked the bed that took my measurements.

We were warmly greeted by Katheryn who put us at ease during the whole of the visit to your showroom. She listened intensely to our needs and requirements before suggesting we tried your “comfort machine”. She then showed us all the suggested mattresses and with great knowledge of each item, advised us on them. Following trialling of them we decided which we preferred, without being influenced or hurried. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we shall return when we require further items.
