Katrina was very helpful and did not try to sell me anything other than what I had asked for, unlike other stores where they try to sell you something more expensive.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the shop, all the staff were friendly and helpful but especially Simon who assisted us throughout our whole visit. He had great product knowledge and was very helpful showing us many different products and guiding us so we could make a decision on what was best for our needs. From start to finish he exceeded our expectations and made us feel comfortable to ask questions, we left the shop very pleased with our purchase and would definitely recommend and come back if we had more products to purchase.

Upon entering the store, both myself and mum were greeted with a smile, and warm welcome. The staff weren't over the top in bombarding us, and that was much appreciated. A lovely man named Simon (I had gone to the Croft Retail Park, Bromborough) helped with all queries I had. He was attentive and was knowledgeable of all products. He even went the extra mile in carrying the mattress I bought all the way across the carpark to my car! Fantastic service by Simon, made the entire experience excellent.

The sales person was excellent! A very tailored approach understood our personal needs and was extremely helpful and patient with our 1 year old that we were shopping with!

Simon from the Brombourgh store was amazing! Helped find the perfect mattress. We dread going to stores expecting a pushy sales person but however Simon went above and beyond and made us want to purchase from dreams. We were offered bottles of water too! The covid health and safety Simon had put into place was the best we have seen in any shop everything was perfect!

A great service as soon as we arrived in store. Allowed us to look around. We tested a few. We were offered a bottle of water which was very complimentary. We were offered god information about each mattresses tried. Provided a pillow to try out each time. Overall we were very happy with service and assistant.

The knowledge support and understanding of our needs. Adam very personable yet discreet. Not rushed not pushed. Returned here after previous purchase of mattress .

Came into store with my brother because I suffer with lower back problem when i sleep and I heard about this mattress which tells you about what mattress you need we were assisted by the store manager who was very helpful in showing the mattress options and gave us plenty of advice at the end I ended up buying the tempur mattress I’m looking forwards to a full nights sleep!
