They went out of were way so help us as we were buying for our disabled daughter in chester

I was looking for a sofa bed I had seen online. Was approached by advisor as entered store and was sent into right location. We were offered bottle of water too. Found what I wanted and after enquiring was shown how to put sofa into bed. Ordered and paid really quickly. Was easy experience.

We where dealt with in a safe manner no rush to decide on which mattress we wanted. Would go back again. The assistant Julie was very good.

Kat and James and all the staff were brilliant. Very professional, caring and friendly. All queries answered perfectly and I am very satisfied with the service I experienced and the product. Thank you and GOLD STARS to all the staff at the Croft Retail Park Branch.

We were approached in a friendly and professional manner. The gentleman who helped us stopped and listen to what our needs were and without hesitating showed us our options and was friendly through it all. We felt comfortable and not rushed. We didn’t feel pressure to buy anything at anytime.

Dave at the Dreams Bromborough store was very helpful and knowledgeable about the mattresses we were looking at. He helped us use the sleep machine to make sure we get the right mattress for us. He also explained the differences in the firmness ratings, and mattress types. The store was very clean, and had an automatic hand sanitizer dispenser at the door. Everyone was wearing masks. The only disappointment is having to wait until January for our mattress to be delivered, but that is due to the size (super king) having to be specially ordered. At least we will have something to look forward to in 2021 :)
