2 members of staff served us, one name I can remember was Simon. I have recently been diagnosed with Cancer and needed to buy a bed with some urgency that I can sit upright in. They assisted us vey well, whilst at all time maintaining social distance and were very understanding at the need to extra sanitize as I can not afford to catch anything due to Chemotherapy. They sold us what they thought the best for our needs, despite it not being the most expensive which we would have been prepared to pay. Also we had looked at buying direct from Tempur to avoid needing to go out but it was more expensive on their website.

He was friendly and very helpful, and ensured all beds were sprayed after us testing them.

went to the store with my 8 year old son to view mattresses for him, staff listened to his requirements and treated him with respect, when we left, my son said all of the staff were so kind and amazing.(his words).
