The staff were extremely friendly and responsive to our needs. We had our little girl with us who was 2 and they were very helpful. The staff member who helped us (Julie) helped us go through all the different bed options and was patient with us while we were deciding.

I called the store and spoke to Julie who was extremely helpful and very friendly. She took the time to answer all my questions without getting impatient and was very clear with her answers, very informative and very helpful. When I visited the shop the next day all the staff in there were very nice and helpful. Julie was there and helped me a lot and was very friendly. I didn’t feel pressured into buying a mattress which I liked. I felt very safe and well looked after in these strange times of Covid. I was very happy with the service from Julie and the other staff in there. All very polite, helpful and friendly.
