In store service was excellent and I bought a display item which was delivered in 2 days. Exceptional service. The store is next door to a Bensons for Beds - I went there first and after a rude assistant followed me round I left and went into Dreams. The service was miles better.

Dave was extremely helpful in helping guide us to what we needed/wanted. He also left us to browse when we wanted to, and showed us to the machine that measures which mattress you need.
