On entering the store I approached James the store manager I explained briefly my needs and he went out of his way to help me. He also gave me space and opportunity it view not putting too much pressure on me to buy. I felt at ease.

Sales assistant Simon was very friendly and attentive, he wasn’t a pushy salesman like some places you go to, nothing was too much trouble and he was patient whilst I tried the many beds. He offered me a bottle of water which I thought was a lovely touch.
