From the minute I entered the store the staff were pleasant, professional and knowlegable,the sales person Dave in Bromborough Wirral spent a lot of time with me and my wife, he checked on the machine for the firmness of the mattress that we needed and was not pushy. we called to Bensons next door to Dreams and was in there for approximately 5 minutes, we didn't even check their prices, the staff in Bensons had no time for us, the experience in Dreams was what shopping should be like,a big thank you to Dave and all the staff, we were 100% satisfied with our experience.

choosing the right mattress was very difficult for me. The selection I was shown by a very polite and understanding salesman was relaxing to say the least. Time was not a factor to the salesman who left me try the mattress in my own time. I did explain to the salesman that I had already been to a competitors shop and they had a very good mattress which I liked very much. By this time I had narrowed my interest down to two. The salesman then said go back to the shop were you liked the mattress and see if you can compare it to the two I have chosen. I did exactly that, within the hour I was back and I purchased my mattress. Much to the salesman's advice which I thought was very professional. His name was Simon.
