Very professional, took time to explain the difference between the various mattresses. Did not feel pressurised to make a decision.

We were given space to explore the store by ourselves but as soon as we required further help there was someone available immediately. We were seen by Dave at Bromborough and he was very helpful. He listened to what we needed and showed us the appropriate products and was very generous with his time. We were purchasing a bed frame and a mattress so it was nice to feel like enough time was being taken to ensure we chose correctly.

Dave from the Bromborough store could not have been more friendly and helpful on our visit to the store. His knowledge of the beds and sleep in general was impressive and very useful in making sure we picked the right mattress. Dave talked us through the sleep machine and then helped us consider different options. Dave also gave us time to ourselves in the store and was not pushy with the sale.

Simon helped from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, as I wasn’t too sure what I was looking for. We didn’t feel rushed and the experience was great and we will be back in the future. Thanks Simon :)
