The sales person was very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. He left us to browse st our leisure and went out of his way to help us with all our questions.

A very satisfying experience, couldn’t highlight highly satisfied with couple of questions as we don’t have mattress yet so can’t pass comment but am sure we will be more than satisfied with our choice. We were assisted all through the process by Simon who helped and advised without any pressure in one direction or another, just pointing out certain differences in various products. We are looking forward to receiving the mattress and enjoying some comfortable nights sleeps.

We were purchasing a mattress for our five year old daughter who Simon made sure was included in our decision making. Placing the order in store was really quick and delivery was offered for a few days later which we were really happy about.
