Simon was very welcoming, he had dealt with us on a previous visit. He assisted with providing us details of measurements etc, showed us to all suitable products and explained the benefits of each item and explained their differences. He assisted us and helped us find the right products for us.

All the staff were extremely friendly yet still very professional. Social distancing measures were adhered to and cleanliness of the store was excellent. Hand sanitiser was regularly used and available as well as protectors to lie on mattresses. All 3 of us were regularly offered drinks as it was a hot day and staff members were more than happy to have a chat :)
