All the staff were extremely friendly yet still very professional. Social distancing measures were adhered to and cleanliness of the store was excellent. Hand sanitiser was regularly used and available as well as protectors to lie on mattresses. All 3 of us were regularly offered drinks as it was a hot day and staff members were more than happy to have a chat :)

I found the young lady who approached me as I entered the store was very helpful without being pushy so I felt I had time to really look around. As I had looked at a number of other places I found the best value for money was in your store

She explained about the products, answered all our queries, gave us additional information to assist us with our choice of products, and we were not pressurised into purchasing a product. Dave was very helpful, listened to what my daughter wanted. Used the computer to assess her sleep position. The mattress was a good price and delivery in a week! Lovely friendly atmosphere with his colleague and ourselves, great service.
