All the staff were extremely friendly yet still very professional. Social distancing measures were adhered to and cleanliness of the store was excellent. Hand sanitiser was regularly used and available as well as protectors to lie on mattresses. All 3 of us were regularly offered drinks as it was a hot day and staff members were more than happy to have a chat :)

I found the young lady who approached me as I entered the store was very helpful without being pushy so I felt I had time to really look around. As I had looked at a number of other places I found the best value for money was in your store

She explained about the products, answered all our queries, gave us additional information to assist us with our choice of products, and we were not pressurised into purchasing a product. When we arrived, Katryna came straight over, asked us what we were looking for, explained the stores Covid-19 procedures and then looked after us from start to finish. She explained every procedure and we ended up ordering a mattress that we hope will help us ease our pains and give us a better sleep for years to come. The whole atmosphere was friendly and relaxed.
