Very friendly helpful shop assistant good rage of producys for our specific choice, sale was on so some prices were extremely good

Good range of products, the salesman, Simon, was extremely polite and helpful and made me coffee and offered me biscuits. He had a good product knowledge and was able to assist me in my selection. Reasonably quick delivery date given to me as well.

We walked in and were allowed to browse for a few minutes. This really suits us as if sales people jump on us, we walk. Dave made himself available by being close having acknowledging us. Once we had looked we asked questions and he was most helpful and guided us to the sleepmaster machine that tested us for mattress type etc. He explained, thoroughly I may add, about what it does and how. We then took out fincance which was easy to do and helpful.
