Once we had looked we asked questions and he was most helpful and guided us to the sleepmaster machine that tested us for mattress type etc. He explained, thoroughly I may add, about what it does and how. We then took out fincance which was easy to do and helpful.

Very pleasant experience. Adam our sales advisor was excellent. Very good customer service skills. The manager of the store was also very nice. Nothing was to much trouble.

The knowledge and time taken to help us chose the right product for us was second to none. There was no sense of trying to hurry us up and make a quick decision - the lady was extremely helpful
