We'd been looking a long time for the right bed and decided on the sleepeezee model. The assistant Katrina explained in great detail the different options and allowed us to try the different models. She was patient with our questions and we finally chose the Chelmsford model. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different beds. Great service!!

The lady who helped us in store was so helpful - especially as we were shopping with our 1 year old and 4 year old. She was patient, understanding and brilliant with the kids. She offered me a cup of tea and even to hold the baby whilst we tried the mattress out. She was fantastic.

Julie came over to offer me assistance as soon I made myself known. I had absolutely no idea what I was looking for or even anything other that just that i wanted a bed. Julie took time and talked with me and offered me a drink straight away and made my time feel valued. She is genuinely a credit to your company. I was shown to the mattress test made completely comfortable and had everything explained clearly to me. When finished Julie walked around with me showing all options and letting me test each one for as long as I wanted. She left me feeling completely understood and valued. I have left having paid more for this item than anything else I have ever bought, but have left feeling that it was 100% worth every penny which is no easy feat when spending this much. For all the sales assistant was still in training she was very knowledgeable easy to get along with we think she will go a long way in the company very satisfied

Staff were knowledgeable, but not pushy. I felt they genuinely wanted to match my requirements with what was available.

As soon as we entered the store an assistant approached us and asked various questions about the way we slept etc. We tried several beds that the computerised bed had recommended and one of these was suitable. Simon the Assistant was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and Kat who processed the order was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We were offered a drink and Simon also carried the tempur pillows and bed protecter to our car as my husband is not very fit.
