We had seen the item we wished to purchase on the web site but wanted to actually check the quality. Adam, our assistant was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information about the product. He was very attentive and made us feel comfortable. He gave us the information we needed without being pushy. Well done Adam !

Store laid out nicely, store assistant really helpful showing us the appropriate mattresses for our son.

We had already seen online the bed frame we were interested in purchasing and the store assistant took us straight to the bed and showed us the alternative colour swatch. We were given time to browse other beds before deciding that this was the bed we wanted. Ordering was quick and easy and we were shown our email invoice and confirmation details. We were only in store for about 20 minutes in total and even hubby was satisfied

Julie looked after us as soon as we entered the store, however, she wasn't overpowering and appeared to want us to get the best quality for our money. We were offered tea and biscuits during the purchase and the transaction with Aaron was clear and speedy. A very pleasant experience!
