Karl at Burton assisted me greatly on 2 visits to the store to find the perfect mattress for me

Got what I visited the store for.

I did receive all the help I required and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I have since learned from a friend that she rates Dreams highly as well. There are too many companies these days who are very poor at customer service. Dreams are a company (from my experience) that provide good customer service. A refreshing change!

Karl at the Burton on Trent store was so good! Welcomed us as we walked in! Showed us exactly what we were looking for, showed us how all the pricing board works etc as it was our first time buying a bed, And offered us a drink! Everytime we needed a question answered he answered them! Amazing service! Also there was a lady there who explained the difference in all the mattresses didnt catch her name though but she was very helpfull too! Very good store for customer service!

I liked the layout of the store, simple and straightforward. The sales assistant was very helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. The overall time it took to decide on what to buy and to order it was very quick.

The sales chaps were excellent.
