On going into the store, the staff were very attentive and friendly. They offered us a drink on coming in, and knew the right boundary of leaving us to it and keeping themselves available to help out. They offered expertise on the mattresses we looked at, and gave us comparisons to help make the choice easier. The store was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly and professional.

We were very impressed with the service and the friendliness of the staff. Bradley, who served us was very polite and very helpful. The only downside was the bed calibration machine as it wasn't working. That said we would definitely recommend Dreams.

The salesman (Tom) was really nice and knowledgable, he made sure that we were completely happy with our purchase.

Katie was very helpful she showed us lots of mattresses to help with our budget she offered us tea or coffee and the service was excellent

We were given very personalised service. As soon as we arrived at the store, the assistant approached us, greeted us and let us browse before answering any questions we had.

We were really impressed with the friendly service and product knowledge provided on our visit. The young gentleman’s expertise was second to none.

The store itself was very bright and welcoming and Brady was very helpful without being intrusive. We took quite a long time to finally decide on what we wanted and this was helped by Brady and his colleague being willing to switch mattresses from various bases for us to try.

Excellent range of products with good friendly assistance from the staff. Tom (quoted and processed the order) was very helpful and clear with the terms of the purchase whilst maintaining a friendly atmosphere.

Everything is layed out really well,found what we were looking for,a nice young man helped us with our purchase, everything went smoothly.

I found the overall experience very easy and quick. We walked in already knowing which bed we wanted but needed to look for a mattress. Almost immediately, we were greeted by a lovely lady who worked there and she helped us find the right mattress to meet our needs and budget. She then kindly got us both a cup of tea and respectfully gave us ten minutes to have a chat about what we wanted to do. Once we had decided that it was a great deal and we couldn't miss out, we went over and organised delivery and payment. It was all very easy and satisfying. I am a young adult so I have never purchased a bed before and don't really have much knowledge on the whole thing so I was very grateful for the lady making it so easy.
