Leanne is the manager at Burton on Trent. We received very personal attention from her. We will certainly shop at her store again.

Jo Green greeted us as we entered the store, asked if she could help and then proceeded to give excellent customer service throughout and subsequently secured the sale

I have advanced prostate cancer which has spread to my lower spine. The assistant was absolutely lovely and so easy to speak with.

I was very impressed with Tom at the Burton store, who greeted me as I walked through the door, without crowding me or making me feel pressured into a sale. Tom's product knowledge was excellent and he quickly pointed me in the direction of the two mattresses which I'd shortlisted to try. The order was processed swiftly over a coffee and Tom succinctly talked me through the next steps, key terms and conditions etc.

Everyone in the store was very friendly and approachable. We wanted to buy a mattress for the spare room so didn't want to spend too much. Jo explained the different types of mattress and also asked if we wanted a drink while we were looking. She then came and suggested looking at an ex display mattress,which was ideal as we felt we had got a better mattress at a bargain price. We were given a mattress cover and 4 pillows within the price. Karl sorted out the order,also very friendly. Everything was explained very clearly to do with the order and delivery. We went away feeling very pleased the the whole process.

The assistant was very helpful knew his job.all staff very friendly and helpful.

The two sales assistants we spoke to were friendly and helpful without being pushy. I bought two mattresses. They are not delivered until next week so cannot comment on them yet. Cannot fault the knowledge the sales assistants had. I felt very satisfied with how I was treated and my purchases.
