Friendly staff but no pressurised sales talk.

Loved the virtual bed which measured which mattress we needed. The sales persons knowledge of products was excellent

Tom, the assistant, was very kind and listened to exactly what we wanted and then talked us through the options available.

The assistant Jo Green couldn’t have been more helpful she was professional and friendly Jo took time to explain the differences of the mattresses without being overwhelming or pushie We left the store feeling completely at ease with our purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a visit to the store to others

Tom was the most wonderful sales person we have met in a long time ,so helpful full of knowledge patient not pushy and above all listened to our needs ,shame we don't have more sales people like him ,he needs to go out and train others .massive thank you Tom

We were served by Karl who took his time to explain to us all the various options available to us in great detail so that we did not feel pressured into making a decision within a certain time limit. It was a very enjoyable shopping experience.

We were shopping for a new mattress and weren't sure what replacement we wanted. The assistant helped explain the differences between what was available and once done so left us, at our request, to try out the different types and make our own decision, informing us that he would be available for any questions should any arise. This was the case and, consequently, no pressure was applied to our decision.
