Jo was very approachable and knowledgeable without being overbearing. She left us to wander round and look at our leisure, gave very useful advice and was always on hand to answer any questions.

The shop was clean and easy to get round. The products looked good and the assistant was very helpful, friendly and polite. It did not take too long with the ordering and paperwork. We were surprised how quick we will receive the items.

The staff Understood the problem of my moving house and the timescale I have of obtaining the keys to the property and the delivery of the bed. Jo was helpful in helping me choose the right materess for my back problem, but all the staff involved in the purchase of my bed explained all the things I needed to know as regards my delivery options and what I could do if my move didn't go to plan. Very understanding and helpful, would recommend Dreams to friends and family. Thank you.

Very friendly helpful staff. Didn't feel rushed or pressured into buying. The only down side was the choice of super king size headboards. no metal or wood option only material.
