Bradey and his manager were extremely helpful, professional and friendly without being overbearing. Giving us useful information but allowing us the time and space to discuss the options before coming to a decision.

We were unsure which mattress we needed and were enthusiastically greeted by Leanne in your Burton on Trent store who suggested that we try the new high tech machine that would match us with our perfect mattress based on our weight,pain and pressure points. The machine was comfortable and quick. We were amazed by the results. It took the worry out of making the correct choice. We tried the top theee mattresses in the list and we found our perfect comfort in a therapur acti gel plus. We left the store feeling satisfied that we will enjoy many years of perfect sleep. Amazing experience and we will be spreading the word about the wonderful machine that helped us find our perfect mattress,

Pleased that someone noticed the mattress we were interested in was on a sprung base. They got us to try it on a hard base so we could see if there was any difference. Led to us buying the full divan set, not just the mattress.

The staff were friendly. They were helpful but not pushy - they let us look around at our own pace on our own and were available when we'd made our decision. They were hospitable - offering us a coffee while we looked and made our order. The shop was clean and tidy and all the staff were welcoming.

We went into store and purchased our superking mattress from Tom. Whilst there we wanted to also order a bed box to go with it but it was on hold. We also wanted a highly rated kingsize mattress for another bed but had a set price range. Tom took our details and told us when the bed box was back on to buy and also when the mattress went on sale. I visited the store and he also price matched my barclays cashback. Tom really understands his customers and didn’t go in for the hard sale. We need another two beds and mattresses and we would definitely visit Tom when we have the money.
