Very professional staff

I visited the Burton store about a month ago and was interested in a copper and walnut bed and bedside cabinets. Leanne printed me off the info as they didn't have a brochure about it. I went back in last Fri to order it. Leanne was serving someone so a young guy helped me, I think he was called Rob. He was really efficient. Unfortunately there was only a king size available not the double I wanted. He asked me to wait until Leanne had finished with her customer. She offered me the ex display items and managed to find another cabinet at a nearby store. I was over the moon with the excellent service but even more so as I got the 3 items at a reduced rate because of them all having been on display in the showrooms. It was customer service at its best, thank you.

We visited dreams after being disappionted by anotger shop. We had quite specific ideas for a new bed and mattress. Karl welcomed us and helped point us where we needed to look. It was refreshing to talk to a salesperson who wasn't pushy, yet at the same time attentive. He made us a cuppa and selected some pillows based on our preference so we could try mattresses. All of the staff were friendly with us and our children. There was a great selection and beds and mattresses could be selected independently, rather than having to buy together, unlike other places we had visited. The bed we liked was on clearance which meant we could select a more expensive mattress. When ordering Karl did us a great deal on pillows and a mattress protector also. The delivery date was two weeks sooner than anywhere else and could opt for a PM slot at a small charge. All in all we're really happy we popped in on the off chance. Great team, great service. You should be proud of you Burton branch.

The staff were all very nice and new all the information that we needed to know, they weren't constantly on our backs but we new we could talk to them when needed, when we asked questions they were more than happy to help us. All of the staff were extremely kind to our daughter and made time to talk to her. There was a lot of products to choose from in the store and we weren't forced into buying anything we didn't want but we were offered choices on various things. Overall perfect experience for our first time in dreams!

Sales person was very knowledgable about the products. She took the time to listen to what we wanted yet gave us time to make our decision.

The sales assistant Karl was very friendly and helpful at the burton branch, gave us great advice . Made our shopping experience a pleasure :)
