Knowledgeable salesman, not over bearing.

Within minutes on entering the store I was asked if I required help. Leanne was efficient and very knowledgeable. I used the sleep machine to assess what type of mattress I required and then was shown a variety of options. I was asked what price bracket I preferred. On showing me the various options I was given to time to compare the mattresses and make a decision. At no time was I pressed into making a choice. My requirements for delivery was understood and accepted. The experience and ease of purchase was excellent.

We didn’t really know which mattress we wanted when we entered the store but the assistant talked us through how the process worked, ending up with us buying (hopefully) the right mattress for us.

The attendant was patient with me. Moreover, I found exactly what I needed.

The sales assistant Leanne was extremely helpful. She explained how the computerised system worked to highlight the mattress best suited for me. Leanne then explained where l could find the mattress in store and left me to try these at my leisure. Once I had chosen my mattress she completed all the paperwork with a very person centred approach. I was not felt to feel rushed at any point during my visit. Refreshments were offered and reassurance was given regarding the company’s continued policy on Covid-19

The team were very helpful and gave us plenty of time to look round and make our mind up. Very friendly and welcoming.

The sales person came to us immediately. Had time to spend with us rather than diverting his attention to others. We used the test machine to sid the bed selection. He was very friendly. Good product knowledge. Made us a drink which was appreciated. He also showed us other sofa beds which we were also thinking about purchasing.
