Our overall experience from entering the store could no thave been bettered. Our visit was for a single bed mattress but we will be back for our double bed mattress shortly.

Staff were polite and answered all our questions

I was highly satisfied with the care and attention given by Tom, he was knowledgeable and gave me perfect customer care without invading my space and privacy. What a pleasure it was to have the assistance of such a pleasant young man. He made my day, he was a breath of fresh air and an asset to the company. Thank you Tom for all your help and patience.

Friendly and attentive staff. Very knowledgeable about the products available. Listened patiently to our rather complicated (and badly explained) requirements. Reasonable choice of beds available, but excellent choice of mattresses. Overall, an enjoyable experience (and I hate shopping).

Lad was very helpful explained all the every thing clearly, nothing was too much trouble explained how matteress was made and showed us how it was made, He made sure we were fully happy before we said yes , then clear over payment and delivery date , nothing was too much trouble plus what we like NO PUSHY sales person , Brill weldone

From walking through the door we felt very relaxed. The young man who came over to help us was very nice helpful & in no way pushy. Which resulted in us making a purchase.

Quick and efficient

The standard of service was excellent, they were very knowledgeable and helpful, particularly the shop manager Leanne. The shop layout was simple and it was easy to find what we were looking for. There was a good range of quality and affordably priced beds and furniture. I would certainly recommend Dreams to anyone looking for a bed or mattress.
