The young man called Tom we thought was very good at his job explained everything we needed to know helpful polite and courteous would look after this young man as good staff are hard to come by

Karl gave us a lot of information in the mattress's & the ottoman bed we brought .

Tom was a very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable young man. We visited on Saturday before also trying other retailers but went back partly because of the excellent service we had received from Tom. We were delighted to find him in store again on Sunday when we made our purchase with him.

The staff were extreamly friendly and very helpful. They gave us plenty of time to have a look ourself at the beds and didn’t hound us or follow us around the showroom as we tried the different beds out. This was nice as it gave us time to talk without anyone there.

Friendly and helpful service. Jo at the Burton store was very relaxed and knowledgeable. She also interacted well with our children which made our experience easier and more enjoyable.
