We found Leanne very good,and explained everything very well.The other staff were very polite and helpful.A very nice store,we will be back.

Very helpful young man by the name of Tom come straight to us and asked if we require any assistance then just ask... so not hard sale as soon as we walked it. So that gets top marks from me... tom was very helpful and explained everything in detail to us and was very clear when explaining things... lovely beds to choose from... and my bed was my dream

Dreams manager Leanne was extremely friendly and knowledgeable in catering for our needs. She offered us refreshments while we browsed the store, and catered for our individual pillow needs by giving us some test pillows to use rather than the standard display pillows on the beds. We spent a good hour in the store testing all of the beds - she was very patient and helpful, giving all of the advice we asked for, as well as what she felt we needed. When placing our order at the end of our visit we were satisfied with the quality of her service (she was very engaging and down-to-earth with us - we appreciate plenty of personality when it comes to being served in stores like this)

Asked for advice about buying a new bed only sure we wanted some sort of memory foam assistant was so knowledgeable patient and generally helpful in us making our choice Thomas had obviously been highly trained and new what he was talking about without trying to push us into buying

found the staff very friendly and helpful in pointing us in the right direction to what we were looking for

The assistant spent time with us to explain all the options and made us try them out to be shore about the one we picked was the best for us and then put it all together as a very good deal this is our second trip and very satisfied each time

I was very satisfied with the members of staff that served me i went in quiet a few times untill i finally decided on a bed they were very helpful, proffesional and friendly each time i went in and explained things very well.

The member of staff who helped us was extremely knowledgeable about the products on offer and we felt he understood what we were after by asking appropriate questions which lead us to our final purchase. We found him very personable and professional a delight to talk to which can be a rareity, especially in someone so young. We both feel he has a bright future and he certainly made our shopping experience a pleasureable one, (his name was Tom).
