Good choice of products to try and review in store. We were made to feel that the time we took to select our product was not an issue. Leanne our assistant was extremely knowledgable on products? We were particularly concerned that we purchased the most appropriate mattress to meet our needs and could not have done this without the knowledge of the store staff. This is the reason we visit a store rather than purchase online. We have purchased the bed disposal service and bed set up service and look forward to a small installation. Thank you Dreams.

We were initially left alone in the store which was what we wanted as we wanted time to browse by ourselves and not feel harassed. When however we did want help and advice Tom was quickly on hand and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. He took the time to listen to our needs and made sure he advised accordingly. We did not feel obliged to make a purchase however after leaving the store to go next door we soon returned to go ahead as we were so impressed with what we’d seen and the service we’d been given. Tom also helped advise on pillows and a mattress protector, again without pushing this on to us. We can’t speak more highly of him!

He was thorough without being over the top with his sales advice making my purchase quick and easy. After experiencing very poor customer service in another retail outlet it was refreshing to find excellent service at Dreams Burton upon Trent.
