Provided what I asked in a friendly efficient manner

Friendly staff who got the balance of customer service right so it didn't feel too 'heavy' or 'sales' orientated. The sales person was friendly and professional - informative and attentive without being overbearing.

Great knowledge very friendly

Leanne was very courteous, helpful and friendly, and her knowledge and ability to answer questions was very helpful, especially considering the bewildering choice of mattresses available compared to the last time I purchased a mattress (16 years ago!!).

The store manager let us browse at our own leasure we didn't feel pressured at all. We wete advised well and also left lots of times to think about what we wanted. Happy with the information on products and advise too for our needs.

The assistant thoroughly explained the all the kinds of mattresses and was extremely professional. He gave sufficient space to experiment while giving information when and as required. A great balance of assistance without pressure.

The assistant was very helpful and gave us time to try the beds. She explained the differences between the different types of mattress and the effect that had on support, firmness and warmth.

I didn't have much time to spare, the lady in store was very helpful, showed what was available

i only went in to look at beds but was so satisfied, that I bought one.
