We did not intend to purchase a bed when we left home. Upon entering the store it was very easy to find the product range we were interested in and we were not harassed by over attentive staff, rather invited to ask for assistance when needed (precisely how we wanted to be treated). After checking the range of beds and trying them we found Karl to be knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We price checked on the internet whilst in the store and discovered your prices were amongst the best. We wanted to do business with a local business and felt we would be able to address any issues, should they arise, when the bed is delivered. We therefore placed our order with you confident we were in capable hands with customer service most apparent. This was manifested when the following day we were informed Karl had arranged for the mattress, base and headboard would all be delivered by the base manufacturer at the same time. 30 months free credit also helped to clinch the initial deal. We can recommend your Burton store and their employees to all.

We ordered a mattress in store. The gentleman we purchased from was very helpful and gave us a full explanation of the cover for the warrenty. We didn't take the warrenty as we are just renting our first home together and feel that the price was a little high for the 8 year warrenty and felt the 1 year included cover would be sufficient. I felt the prices of the mattresses was a little high and we struggled to find one in our price range but I think we were finding that everywhere we went the prices were high anyway. We were looking for quality for the price we had to pay and thats why we chose dreams. They offered a great range and the man who served us even carried it to my car and helped assist us with loading it into the car.

Dream colleague Leanne was excellent, she was very knowledgeable about the beds on offer, and was very keen to make sure we were fully informed about all aspects of our purchase. she was very mindfull that we should be satisfied with our purchase. She immediately offered us refreshments, she was not overbearing, but gave us time on our own to mull over the range of options available whilst being on hand for advice when required.
